THE RACES THE RACES THE RACES THE RACES THE RACES
No one becomes a full on ghost, angel, vampire, genie, etc. You only may have a bit or part.
ghosts - They can go invisible, walk through walls, or even fly! But it doesn't come easily. You have to develop these abilities and figure out which one you have. Practice makes perfect sweeties.
angels - They can have white angel wings which can allow them to fly or they can even fly without having the wings, and some even have a halo floating over their head at all times. Though you all should remember that just because they are an angel down here doesn't mean they really are all that sweet and innocent. With the flying it doesn't come naturally. They have to practice at it and get used to the whole new element of having wings and trying to fly.
ragdolls - Usually these kids are falling apart, literally. But with their crazy patches of skin and parts there is a lot of sewing involved. They are usually really good at helping others with injuries, just because of the constant use of their needles and thread. Think of Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas.
werewolves - Watch out because when they transform you could be in danger. Usually they transform when angered or embarrassed, or any other emotion comes out greatly. Some werewolves don't transform because they instead have large canines, a muzzle, and paws that replace their hands and feet, or even a tail.
vampires - Now here in the Dirge we don't have those stupid Twilight vampires or anything close to that so don't ask. The vampires here have fangs, can turn into a bat or some other creepy creature, have super speed, or can even fly. Flying isn't easy so they also need to practice it before they fully master it. And no, they don't need blood.
demons - Although these kids can be pretty scary they aren't all that bad. They may have demon wings, horns growing out of their heads, or a cool little tail. Their ability to fly takes time for them to learn and get used to. Just like the angels you can't consider all demons evil because some of them are probably decent kids.
zombies - These can hypnotize people and control them to do whatever they want. They can only control a person for so long so there are limitations. Also they can only control the same person a max of three times. After that their power is no good.
fairies - They have either small or medium sized iridescent wings. They are mostly for show rather than flight. Fairies have the ability to enchant others easily, but it lasts only for a little while. Fairies can also use magic, but it can only be used for a short limited time and can only be used to look like another race.
genies - Their looks and appearance is very human like. However, their bodies contain a little fire or some smoke. That fire or smoke can be brought out from their hands to create a small fire or even warm themselves or others by the touch of their hand. However, that fire is very limited, and can only be brought in the presence of others.
